Cancellation and Refund Policy
InCerS will, at its discretion, allow for the dissatisfactory services within 60 days from the date of order of service. For recurring billing service, return for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final. After the first 60 days have elapsed, a refund request will normally not be accepted unless there are convincing reasons justifying a refund.
If the order is cancelled by the customer one day before the service delivery date, the customer is entitled to get a full refund. If there is any complaint regarding the quality of service being given, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund within 5-7 working days or server will reproduce. You are agree to the information provide by you to InCerS will be true and accurate. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.
TERMINATION, AGREEMENT VIOLATIONS
You agree that incers.org, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may suspend or terminate your account or your use of the service and remove and discard all or any part of your account, your user profile, at any time. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon termination for any reason, you agree to immediately stop using the services.
